MULTIPLE issues Michael had to fix
Michael came out on a wed and it was too exte for that day and ended up coming out today (Friday) He found all of our zones fixed the wires that had been cut by a previous contractor then we thought all was good, turned the system on and the contractor had also hit one of the water lines! He very patiently fixed that and explained everything to me!!! He was extremely professional and a very interesting person! I could not recommend this company more. There is a reason they have over 1000 5 star reviews. I now have them on a maintenance plan!

Tune up - very impressed
Tony came to my house to do a tune up on my irrigation system , i was very impressed . he kept me updated on when he would be there, what was corrected by him , and what work needed to be done . He gave me Very detailed eXplanations and was very professional . The next day i had the pleasure of messaging with a very nice lady named jennifer to set up a time for my appointment . I am happy tony will be working on my sprinkler system 🙂

I have been with Sherlock Holmes for well over a year now. They have done a great job servicing my lawn, pest control and irrigation system. Jennifer, the office manager, is a big part of what makes the positive experience with this company so great! Jennifer is very knowledgeable about their services, has always taken the time to answer every question, is very accessible, and always gets back to you in a timely manner! Irrigation timer replacement - great work!
I recently had a timer replaced for my irrigation system by their senior technician Tony and had a great experience with this company! Tony was very professional, timely, the communication was great, and he was happy to answer all my questions. Since the new timer installation, my irrigation system has now been working perfectly!
