Our lawn was looking pretty terrible. Called sherlock holmes for a sprinkler tune-up. Tony Sabo came out and did the tune up. the system needed a little tlc but not outragious just a few tweeks for a very resonable price, i was shocked. the previous company never left without it costing us $1500.00. Tony was a delight. Honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable and a nice guy. while he was there i asked him about our lawn. i said that we had a company fertilizer our lawn and it didn’t look that great. I asked “Do you think it could look better?” He looked at it and very diplomatically said It would definitely have a better outcome with Sherlock. he was so right. our lawn hasn’t looked this good in 15 years. we are so delighted. great company, great customer service and great people. Tony came out today to do our quarterly tuneup. he did a great job took care of everything. He is terrific and it is such a pleasure doing business with tony and your company! the office staff was also great to deal with. set me up with automatic billing and they actually answered the phone. thank you, your company and people are an asset to sw florida.

After having a HORRIBLE exPerience with another company who installed My parents irrigation system it had to be shut off & yard turned brown. ( this was installed after just put all new sod in front & side yard & was told by installer he could do it without messing it up & would REPLACE any he damaged) i called Sherlock ( who i should’ve gone with for the install ) and they had me on The schedule within a week. Technician Tony came out tested all the zones let me know where some needed replaced & some adjustments made. Everything was fixed & timer set on the correct days/ times ( installer had set them wrong & wouldnt answer any calls / text after the mess he left). Now after the system is back up & running its green & beautiful Again! I will definitely use Sherlock from here on out ! Technician tony was very polite, professional and explained things , gave cost of repairs before doing them so my bill wasnt a shocker when he handed it to me.
