I had Sherlock homes a couple of years ago for lawn fertIlizer. My lawn had weeds and looked sick. Within six months they had the lawn looking great. Now the lawn is started to look bad and they are taking care of it!

Tony was on time and worked on tuning up and replacing sprinklers. Awesome job as usual. there were three sprinkler heads that needed rpelacing. He went right to work, gave me an estimate after inspecting the system and requested approval on the estimate before starting the job. FInished it all in less thna 1 hour. I have used them 3x to date and have always been very pleased with their professional services.

After 40+ years in the area and struggling from one irrigation company to another, i finally landed on these guys. what a treat! professional yet friendly. knowledgeable but doesn’t come off as “know it all. Followed up with a small ripple and had me grinning ear to ear with service and promptness to solve the little issue. yep. a great company this sherlock homes pest control and irrigation is! kudo’s to tony, the problem solver to beat them all!

My project involved correcting builder installed irrigation after adding a concrete patio the full length of the rear of the house, all access was initially routed across the rear of the house so had to be capped and new zones built/created. I went through the requirements with the tech who came out initially to assess the work and provide a quote. while the majority of the project involved the rerouting due to the patio, there were a couple of ancillary issues that I expressed a concern about and understood was part of the project. as it turned out, the original quote did not include these ancillary concerns, but in speaking with a manager, we both compromised and the work was completed. as far as the quality of work, I’m satisfied (it was just completed, so this is a short term view) that everything is working as it should be. The tech (John) who finished the job, went through everything and made additional adjustments as we noted things that weren’t working exactly as needed (changing the spray on heads resolved issues). John (and the other techs who came out previously) were all professional, extremely polite and respectful. I will continue to use Sherlock Homes going forward.
