Michael, was totally professional. Speaks well in a mellifluous voice, articulated the issue after diagnosis and what it’s going to take to address them. Called me as he leaves to pick up parts, kept me in the loop as he does the work and when he is done. explained the once per week cycle schedule.

sherlock homes sent out Tony Sabo to check my system and do any repairs, tony was very thorough and he took the time to explain to me what he was doing. i learned so much from him and will be using them going forward as needed for any maintenance or repairs.

I have lived in Florida for 3 years now. Up North, i never had an in-ground irrigation system. so I had little experience with how they worked and I needed help maintaining my System. I realized early on that these Florida systems would require significant regular maintenance and fine-tuning. The first 2 contractors I worked with were OK, but not to the Level i was looking for. Then Sherlock Homes was recommended to me by a neighbor. Mike Klessman was our Irrigation Technician. What a difference! He called the night before to confirm our appointment and was on-time the next morning. Before he started the Service, He completely explained how the System operated from the input valves, thru the Controller and Piping and to the heads. After that, he thoroughly tested the system and presented a detailed estimate for recommended repairs. The work was completely quickly and cleanly and the System was fully retested in my presence for final acceptance. All my expectations were either met or exceeded. From now on Sherlock Homes is my one and only “go-to” irrigation contractor. i even signed up for their regular quarterly inspection/adjustment service and i suggest you do the same. As Holmes said to Watson, “It’s just Elementary, My good man”.
