My project involved correcting builder installed irrigation after adding a concrete patio the full length of the rear of the house, all access was initially routed across the rear of the house so had to be capped and new zones built/created. I went through the requirements with the tech who came out initially to assess the work and provide a quote. while the majority of the project involved the rerouting due to the patio, there were a couple of ancillary issues that I expressed a concern about and understood was part of the project. as it turned out, the original quote did not include these ancillary concerns, but in speaking with a manager, we both compromised and the work was completed. as far as the quality of work, I’m satisfied (it was just completed, so this is a short term view) that everything is working as it should be. The tech (John) who finished the job, went through everything and made additional adjustments as we noted things that weren’t working exactly as needed (changing the spray on heads resolved issues). John (and the other techs who came out previously) were all professional, extremely polite and respectful. I will continue to use Sherlock Homes going forward.

After an injury interupted my service with an irrigation provider, I contacted several other irrigation companies. Sherlock holmes responded same day and came out two days later. Christopher was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He identified potential issues that might impact the other work we were having done (concrete patio being poured) and provided a solution. He performed the time sensitive work at that time, we are scheduling out the remaining work post patio construction.
