Luis was great. We changed internet companies and he helped us get our system re-connected to the internet to start with. He went through all our zones tweaking the sprinklers as we moved along. we were trouble shooting the decline our our beautiful yard and he found that we had a break in our line. Since our watering time is midnight to 4 am, it went undiscovered by us. he was patient, thorough, informative, gave us suggestions and has a great personality. we look forward to doing future business with Sherlock Holmes pest control and irrigation

Michael arrived on time and lead me through a complete review of our controller. Then he checked over our entire system, showing and explaining everything. adjusted a few heads, Replaced a broken head. Freindly and knowledgeable, will definitely use again!!

luis was very efficient and professional. He spoke so well and looked at my friend and myself in the eye, which very few young persons do anymore. He explained everything very throughly. Would definitey recommend him. He is an asset to your company!!

He showed up before his scheduled time, completely repaired my entire system, was extrememly professinal, Polite, Considerate and took time to explain everything he was doing. I couldn’t be more satisified with his service. we were so satisfied that we signed up for thier quaterly service and so did 2 of our neighbors. great job!!!!!!
