Sprinkler Head Replacement
I contacted Sherlock homes to move a sprinkler for a shed install. Nico came out to assist with moving the head. Nico was absolutely amazing! He was super personable, friendly and professional. He was a pleasure to interact with. he ran the sprinklers to see the coverage area and instead of moving the head like i originally planned he suggested we just cap it off as i had great coverage without it and that would save me some money. the price was absolutely fair, the service was above and beyond, and he finished up rather quickly. he left zero damage to my lawn i cant even tell where the head was removed. while there he also replaced another head that was no longer spraying. upon leaving he made sure i had his business card incase i had any questions or concerns i could call him directly. I called on friday and they were out on tuesday. nico texted me that he was 45 mins out and he was on time for our appointment. I will absolutely use this company from here on out.

mICHAEL AND HIS TRAINEE FROM SHERLOCK HOMES CAME TO COMPLETE A SERVICE CALL. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, SHOWED ME AND MY HUSBAND HOW TO USE OUR IRRIGATION PANEL, ADJUSTED THE SPRINKLERS THAT NEEDED ADJUSTING AND SWITCHED OUT A COUPLE OF SPRINKLER HEADS FOR LITERALLY NEXT TO NOTHING. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! IN A DAY AND AGE WHEN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING, THESE GUYS WERE AMAZING. I WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT WE EVEN SIGNED UP FOR THEIR QUARTERLY MAINTENANCE PLAN AND WILL CONSIDER THEIR PEST CONTROL SERVICE AS WELL.
